Diane Lepley

Diane is the President of Lepley Recruiting Consultants and as a native of North Carolina, she is deeply invested in the community and helping locals and transplants find a career that fits. She specializes in recruiting Masters and Doctoral Trained Psychologists and MBA trained professionals who are focused on all features of human capital consulting, C-suite leadership, and strategic HR initiatives.  She enjoys working with her clients as she navigates a sea of subtleties to source and secure the right professional for their current and evolving needs.

Prior to Lepley Recruiting Consultants, Diane spent 14 years as the sole recruiter for RHR International, a global management-consulting firm of doctoral trained psychologists. During these years Diane learned from her colleagues and professionals in the field regarding the breadth and depth of what the human capital consulting field offered and where it was heading. 2017 marks Diane’s 20th year recruiting in the space. Much has evolved in those years, but Diane’s passion for “spider web” networking, recruiting, consulting and maintaining professional connections remain strong.  Diane continues to build a network of professionals, many she calls friends, all who affect change at the individual, team, and organizational level.

After living in the Midwest for 10 years, Diane returned to North Carolina. She made Wilmington her home in 2002, where she lives with her husband and daughter. If you’ve talked to Diane and wondered about the shrill of whistles or the distant noise of bouncing balls you’ve probably caught her in a gym or convention hall watching her daughter play club volleyball.

Christi Lepley

Christi specializes in the business of building relationships with senior executives, management consultants and consulting psychologists. She began her career in sales and has been an essential member of the Lepley Recruiting Consultants team since 2011.

At Lepley Recruiting, Christi actively keeps in touch with a wide-ranging network of successful professionals in both Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development. Recently, she has become more focused on recruiting engagements in Industrial Psychology as well as Business Development Consulting roles. Types of positions include Research Consultants, Assessment Specialists, VP Business Development Consultants, and Senior Talent Management Consultants. Christi is passionate about recruiting and enjoys the challenges of finding the right individual for the opportunities we represent. She truly realizes that the human element of the search is the most important facet of the work we do at Lepley Recruiting Consultants.

Christi is a fifth generation native of California. She currently lives in San Clemente with her husband and two boys. She puts as much passion into community fundraising, as she does executive recruiting.
